Hello my fellow mid-lifers. If you are experiencing physical, emotional, and/or mental challenges during this stage of life, you are not alone. Many of us struggle with the changes to our physical and physiological selves. Weight gain, muscle loss, lack of energy, loss of excitement, and/or increased anxiety or depression, are common middle-age complaints. I’ve been lucky enough to experience all of the above, especially over the past two years. Struggles, however, make us stronger and that is what this website is all about.

Join me on a journey of self-renewal to become fitter and stronger in this new stage of life. I’m not where I want to be today, but I’m on the road to where I want to be tomorrow. The hardest part of making the change is starting!
